    Add an Option to enable multi thread when using GDKUTIL

    We are challenged to increase the transfer speed using GDKUTIL, we try to play with the ChunkSize with no big improvement, the main issue is that GDKUTIL is mono thread. Can you add the ability to use multi thread in CDA ?
