Retrieve encryption status in ISPF at cluster level

While ISPF retrieves the information needed to display the encryption status for the DATA and INDEX, ISPF does not retrieve the information needed for the CLUSTER. Encryption status should be made available in ISPF for DATA, INDEX and CLUSTER.
