Allow the LASTCOPY of Copypool backup to expire

Currently, DFHSM will not "EXPIRE" the last copy of a Copypool backup. It flags the tapes as EXPIRE but does not truly expire the tapes. Manual commands must be executed in order to truly expire the backup tapes of the last copy of a copypool.

Minimize risk of odd input in HMC settings

Defined Capacity or Group Capacity is changed on a regular basis. To minimize the risk of odd input, the new value should be checked against the old value.In case the difference is more than 50%, an appropriate warning should be displayed.

Reset the PASSASIS flag in the user profile back to 0.
