New verb for time adjustment in crypto card and sync daemon

A new verb for the crypto cards is needed which allows to adjust the internal clock by a max. of 2 seconds per day.
This verb needs his own access point.
The intention is to keep the internal crypto card clock synchronized with the server time which is itself synchronized for example by NTP.
A background daemon running with the Default Role of the card should be provided which syncs all internal clocks of the installed crypto cards with the server. This server might sync once per hour.
This RFE is for use on all platforms, but especially P and X platforms

    The card code function was delivered in CCA 6.0 for the CEX6S. The CSUACFC - Keyword: ADJCLOCK. Host support must be checked for z. Will be delivered on other platforms in a future release.
