HMC <-> Support Element Communication must comply with PCI DSS / security requirements

To be compliant with the current PCI DSS requirements, certain cipher suites and signature algorithm must be used for the encrypted communication between HMC and Support Element. In contrast to the Web Frontend communication it is not possible to disable weak cipher suites and force PCI compliance.

Even though current machines are using compliant communication protocols the HMC / SE is still accepting connections using non-compliant standards.
