Build a 3U blade server with z14+ processor

Suggest to build a 3U+ blade server with z14+ processor. Would have a connector in the middle, with a mother board Front and Rear, with one z14+ processor and Core memory slots. 2 board bays on each side for 3+ FCP/FICON, OSA, other boards over motherboard. Option for a built in flash drives for ECKD volumes if using FCP for most disk storage. Should be able to turn off one side for removal / repair while the other side continues to run. Should be able to turn off one daughterboard bay to remove / replace boards. Should use 110/220 rack power connectors.
