Meaningful internal battery feature hardware message

Due to the conversion of the battery technology inside the Internal Battery Feature (IBF) of the IBM z15 systems to lithium-ion batteries and the associated risk of thermal runaway, an effective and quick alert is required in recognizable critical situations. Currently only a general "Power Problem" message is forwarded via rsyslog. This requires manual and time-consuming research to determine the cause using the reference code. In addition, the message only includes the affected location of the suspicious battery. We need a qualified and specific message (e.g. via rsyslog) from the monitoring of the IBF in order to be able to react as quick as possible. This message should contain information about the system, the exact location of the affected battery and a meaningful error message (e.g. a critical temperature increase with the risk of a thermal runaway and not just a power problem).
