This is the public portal for all IBM Z Hardware and Operating System related offerings. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

We are a service provider managing multiple customers sharing the same mainframe CPC.
Our need is to avoid a customer can read LPAR usage data belonging to other customer (different group capacity).
In other words we have multiple LPAR group (one for each customer) in the same CPC and we want to mask LPAR usage at customer level.
For example in RMF3 CPC panel LPAR CPU usage is available for all LPAR, the same for
RMF1 CPU report.
The only option available is to disable via HMC the security flag Global Performance Data.
This option is not useful for at least following side effects:
1) RMF is no more capable to capture LPAR data at all, panel CPC become empty in the LPAR data section.
2) In PR/SM Planning guide this option is required if Hiperdispatch is enabled, all our customers use Hiperdispatch.
The low level interface DIAGNOSE_204 instruction (D204) is required by some core z/OS component.
Is there any option to keep DIAGNOSE_204 available to z/OS and mask LPAR data non belonging to the active LPAR group capacity ?
