IODF IPL attributes usage visible to HMC and HCD

Especially with new machines and newcomers, the idea for having this visible when used would create less confusion about whether they are active. You already have this display on image profile LOAD section, so why not to use it also on SE and HMC on images LOAD section? Especially when starting a new partition an indication that attributes entered on HCD in IODF are to be used will direct user to check the address on HCD side. Current load address of 00000000 does not show this logically.

    Basically having HCD:s IPL Attribute list available from HMC either as an addition to the LOAD section or as a separate display would be nice.
