Send TSAD data for z14 & z15 once per day instead of once per week

Currently TSAD is only sent once a week for z14 & z15. The data is propagated to Call Home Connect Cloud (CHCC) application which our clients use as reference for installed MCL levels, HMC levels and much more. Having 1 week delay means not having the current data in CHCC which often causes confusion.

For z16 the TSAD data is sent once per day.

This should also be implemented into z14 & z15

    The weekly cadence of CHCC is consistent with the previous Resource Link Machine Information site so it is no different.

    TSAD Scheduled Ops were made customer visible on D41C. Customers can schedule TSAD more often than weekly if they so desire.
