Provide more diagnostic data for Coupling Express Long Reach Adapter Ports

When verifying connectivity of multiple Coupling Express ports,
it's time consuming to obtain information such as Tx and Rx power levels to diagnose the health of connections and requires the user to click through various panels on each adapter to obtain the data. You can only obtain the data from one adapter at a time.

It would be nice to have a single panel that has all of the Tx and Rx power levels for the Coupling Express Adapter Ports.

In addition to power levels. It would be useful to contain additional identifying information to determine end-to-end connectivity to ensure there is no cross cabling between the different ports - this could be as simple as displaying the equivelant of "MAC address/ WWNN/ WWPN or even PCHID/P" of the connection at the other end.
