Dashboard that tracks and informs on all z server capacity options , records , dates etc

Give us a tool to see the state of z server options

Active capacity 

Engine config

Any timer that is active on temp capacity - or any other cap type

Any date that is pertinent to withdrawal of feature (no option to replenish)

Oocod activity

Provide alert mechanism for actions (potentially related to flexible capacity activation obligations etc) (renewal alarms ahead of a lic wdfm date coming in 3 mths)

Any other features that could make this an info desk for cec setup and status.
