Connect TKE to HMC to set the masterkey instead of a LPAR

Hello,

Today we need to have an active LPAR on a Z to connect the TKE to enter the masterkey for another LPAR on this Z

The security officers who own a part of the masterkey need to have an account on this LPAR ; this LPAR need to be started etc...

My idea is that the TKE should be able to connect to the HMC/HMA of the Z to do that instead of a specific LPAR, this avoid the need of this LPAR, the need of a specific account for security officers on LPAR on which they don't need to connect etc

This should allow as well to simplify the migration of the LPAR from one Z to another when we have a new Z because we only need the HMA of this new Z to enter the masterkey on the different LPAR location
