Extend HMC DPM capabilities to also be available in classic (PR\SM) mode

Enhancement Request:
The HMC provides extensive information about the CPC environment; however, many core metrics are currently only accessible when the CPC is operating in DPM mode. This limitation restricts users running in PR/SM mode from accessing valuable data, which in turn hampers the development of automation and advanced workflows—especially when leveraging IBM zHMC collections with Ansible.

Request:
Please make the metrics and information currently exclusive to DPM mode also available when the CPC is in PR/SM mode. Expanding access to these metrics will enable broader automation capabilities, improve operational efficiency, and allow for more comprehensive workflow development across all environments.

Business Impact:
This enhancement will remove a significant barrier to automation, allowing teams to fully utilize the HMC’s capabilities regardless of CPC mode, and will drive greater value from IBM’s automation and orchestration tools.

    I've started using the ibm.ibm_zhmc ansible collection and as a not native in z world the DPM vs classic threw me a little. I'd support this to help standardize our code based across HMCs
