Pre-Populated Customer Info Fields On zRCL Booking Form In ResourceLink

When raising a new zRCL booking in Resourcelink only some of the fields are pre-populated for the "Customer Contact" info.

Would it be possible to also populate the Contact Number and Company fields perhaps from the IBM profile if that info is present (if its not it could be left blank).

It only currently populates the Name and Email address field.

Its possible some of the fields may need to be changed (eg the email address as additional ones can be added, etc) so they can remain editable as required.

This would leave the additional info box available for any extra information. We would normally add our change number, maintenance window and contact preference.
