Provide SSO (Single Sign-On Option) to IBM z15/z16 SE (Support Element) similar to the HMA SSO

Why is it useful? When using SSO on the HMA it transfers your access and authentication to the SE for tasks that need to be performed on the SE. If the SE doesn’t support SSO, any action that requires authentication will fail.Who would benefit from it? Customers that have not yet adopted z17s but have installed z17 code on their HMAs.How should it work? The SSO feature should be available on the z15/z16 SE’s to provide seamless authentication as the user transitions from HMA tasks to SE tasks.
