Using a RACF profile to allow for the delete of temporary datasets when TEMPDSN is active, without need for OPERATIONS

When TEMPDN RACF class is active, lost temporary datasets can only be deleted by an userid with the OPERATIONS attribute. We have been able to get rid of all OPERATIONS attribute but, if we activate TEMPDSN, we will need to have one for the deletion of those lost temporary datasets

I think that having READ access to a RACF profile like STGADMIN.SMS.ALLOW.TEMPDSN.DELETE in the facility class (or something along these lines) would be a better solution than having to have the OPERATIONS attribute.

.TEMPDSN is not a DADSM feature. Replacing it with something else in DADSM Scratch requires more development around the existing RACF calls and features supported in DADSM scratch. Therefore, providing such a feature is not possible in the near future, but we will keep the request for now.
