Add error message to the chgrp command if group has no gid

I suggest adding an error message to the chgrp command if the group has no gid or no OMVS segment.

And another error message if the group has no OMVS segment

This would save time by not needing to troubleshoot as much and would slightly boost security by making it obvious the intended action did not go through.
