The warning message should be issued for new datasets as well, not just for existing datasets.

It would be advisable to extend the dataset profile warning to dataset allocation as well, rather than limiting it only to access and delete operations.
Currently, notifications in the syslog and to the user are generated only for these latter cases.

For security reasons, it would be useful to track this event not only in the SMF records but also make it immediately available in the syslog and, if required, notify the user.
This would avoid wasting time and CPU resources needed to extract this information from the SMF records.
