Messages to note which phase of automatic space management is running, such as extent reduction, expire data sets, etc..

HSM executes many functions when automatic space management begins.
The customer would like to see a message issued when HSM performs one of the individual functions of "PASS 1".
It performs the following under "PASS 1".
Pass 1 of DFSMShsm-managed volume space management performs the following functions:
• Issues a message for unmatched data sets
• Deletes temporary data sets
• Deletes expired data sets
• Determines data sets that are eligible for migration
• Excludes from migration to tape those data sets that are eligible to be backed up
• Determines data sets that are eligible for extent reduction
• Releases unused space for eligible data sets
• Performs fast subsequent migration for eligible data sets
• Determines data sets that are eligible for class transitions
• Performs class transitions with management class changes only
