AMS LISTCAT to display EzNoSQL ordered index attribute on any display that lists cluster RLS data

EzNoSQL Clusters defined that the ordered index attribute set to true behave and have different key format than those set to false. Currently the only method to retrieve this attribute is to open the DB and call the znsq_reports_stats and parse the JSON passed back. As this is an important attribute for the DB, it would be beneficial to have it available via the LISTCAT utility when displaying information about the cluster.
