Add support for zstd

A port of zstd is available at https://github.com/zopencommunity/zstdport

CDA currently supports zlib and gzip, both CPU hardware accelerated.
Don't believe the zstd port does this, but still would be useful to have this option; or at least see a TechNote from IBM attempting this to see CPU & I/O figures.

Assuming the zlib & gzip are only accelerated (i.e., CP CPU time is not free), how about adding Java impls of gzip & zlib, so that they are offloaded to zIIPs?
When shuttling a lot of data (which can be the case with S3 interaction), less CP CPU use would be great.
