TOD clock correction for passtickets on systems with modified UTC time.

With the "Version 2.3 July 2025 refresh" of Z Multi-Factor Authentication, IBM supplied a new feature referred to as "TOD Clock Time Correction".
The TOD Clock Time Correction allows an installation to account for the difference between the system TOD clock and UTC time and hence makes the use of the TOTP factor possible in such systems. This has already proven to be valuable.
Such systems are however still suffering from the lack of similar support in generation and validation of passtickets.

The idea is to have a possibility, e.g. in a RACF profile, to specify a number of seconds that should be added to/subtracted from the systems UTC time. This should enable correct validation of passtickets if cases of conflicting use of UTC time between different sysplexes.

Thank you for submitting this Idea. Can you provide more details on your use case? Do you need an offset higher than the PassTicket 10-minute grace period? Could you use the CLOCKxx PARMLIB member to specify the offset?
