Add retry functionality for AUDIT MEDIACONTROLS CLOUD due to HTTP 401 disconnect

AUDIT MEDIACONTROLS CLOUD fails with an HTTP/1.1 401 that IBM DS8A10 support indicated was due to a restAPI Token Expiration. They indicated they plan to address this issue with PCR 444, but would likely not be available until 2027.

APAR OA66772 addressed this issue with AUDIT DATASETCONTROLS CLOUD to respond to the HTTP 401 with disconnect followed by a reconnect with a retry request. If an expired token was the issue, it should now succeed since the new token was received.

This path is different from the AUDIT MEDIACONTROLS CLOUD path, so will still fail when the token expires. If the retry functionality was implemented similar to APAR OA66772 for DATASETCONTROLS, the problem would be resolved prior to hardware support providing a fix in 2027.
