z/OS WLM Policy advisor update

z/OSMF WLM Policy advisor is a handy tool to help analyze performance for the service classes of LPARs in a Sysplex. Its possible to select LPARs heatmaps and check their PIs through time, but there is only information about the LOCAL PIs.

It would be very helpful to check the Sysplex PI as well as it is an important information on how the workload is performing across all LPARs.

It would also be nice to have a feature that kept aside all the formatted information of the SMF scanned records and in order to avoid having  to scan the SMF records every time you enter the tool.
