Optimization output naviquest batch ACBJBARD and ACBJBAXV

We need a optimization output naviquest batch report ACBJBARD (Invokes ACBQBAR7 for dataset) and ACBJBAXV(Invokes ACBQBAR6 for DASD volume report).

Currently, in job outputs the space values are left-aligned, and the information may be shown in KB or MB. Since there are two possible units, a “K” or “M” is appended to the space value of the dataset or volume, as appropriate. The problem is that when you want to use, for example, the SPACALL variable in a SORT program, you cannot sum the values directly because the field contains characters.

My proposal, for example, would be to standardize to a larger unit—such as MB—and remove the letters from the numeric values so that totals can be calculated more easily.
