Allow adding certificates directly from unix files

This would make adding Lets Encrypt Certificates much simpler -

Currently we must;

- Copy certificates to files on OMVS

- Translate from iso8859-1 to ebcdic ibm1047

- Allocate VB259 format PS data sets

- Copy (as text) the files to the data sets

- Use "racdcert add" to add the certificates in to racf

- Delete the temporary VB259 staging datasets

If we could racdcert add from files -

- Copy certificates to files on OMVS & use chtag to set file tags as iso8859-1

- Use racdcert add to import the certificates in to racf from the files

    Have you considered using the 'Dataset File Sytem' for this purpose? We use it to read/write certificate information between zOS and USS using "/dsfs/txt/..."

    It would also be great if we could run racdcert as a unix command , without TSO
