The LOAD service does not allow load modules with SPLIT attribute to be loaded into ADDR and ADDR64 areas. This makes loading a SPLIT module into ECSA and 64-bit COMMON difficult, as one must code two separate modules.

Simplify z/OS LOAD and utilize SPLIT as intended

For the LOAD macro, it appears that the parameter EXTINFO was added wth the express purpose of avoiding a call the CSVQUERY. However, CSVQUERY must still be invoked to get module attribute information, such as RENT, who loaded it, etc. EXTINFO should return this information as well.

Finish the goal of avoiding a CSVQUERY invocation.
