Support Control Passthru for Up, Down, RFind and RChange

With z/OS 2.2 the ability to passthru Left and Right was provided using the CONTROL PASSTHRU service. This should be extended to support Up, Down, RFind and RChange.

Add ALPHANUM Keyword to ISPF Panel VER Statement

There are edit checks for ALPHA and NUM, but not ALPHANUM. We have the need to validate fields that should only contain A-Z,0-9. We have to do this programmatically now. A panel edit check is much easier and much less coding to do.
