Need CSFPPKS/CSFPPKV to also support ECC PKCS11 encrypt/decrypt

Currently we make use of CSFPPKS/CSFPPKV to perform PKCS11 encrypt/decrypt with RSA keys. There is a requirement by our clients to also support ECC PKCS11 encrypt/decrypt.
