Requesting enhancement to allow Hex assigned domain number for crypto card naming convention

Wells Fargo Bank has asked IBM to submit a request for enhancement to allow a crypto card to have a hex assigned Domain Number verses decimal only for naming convention and management simplicity. This would enable large complex customers the ability to easily keep track of LPAR ID, LCSS, Crytpo Domains by using the CSS.MIFID naming convention for LPAR ID, Gen, and Crypto Domain.

    The change to allow hex character naming was reviewed and sized, but a different approach may now be available to better solve the domain naming visibility by different Z user types. z/VM, millicode, and SME team will review alternate approaches directly with client.
