Cipher Text Translate to suport ASYM<-->SYMMETRIC translations

3rd party clients are using ASYM PKCS11 encrypt/decrypt to send for example CC numbers to us. Vice Versa as well. Local DB2 database stores the CC numbers using a symmetric key.
Would like a enhancement to CIPHER text translate or new function to perform CIPHER TEXT TRANSLATE from data under ASYM key to data under SYMMETRIC key. This needs to be done in hardware.
Currently this could be done in 2 steps unsecurely but the auditors want this done in the HSM. With respect to ASYM keys, it needs to support RSA and ECC. With respect to SYMMETRIC, AES and DES.
NOTE: Please see RFE 85261 as it is requesting the support in ICSF for ECC PKCS11 encryption/decryption.

    As per HW RFE project owner, the client has not responded back to IBM on what is being requested. If client needs RFE completed please put in RFE again at later time.
