We have an audit requirement that every component that allows any type of login, must display a customized warning banner to alert the user of legal information.
The HMCs have a banner that can be customized but the TKEs do not.
The audit finding is that we need to alert the users when they log into the TKE that they agree to the legal statement of authorized use.
The ask would be to just have an option to have a banner page come up that can be customizable and having an OK button to continue when the TKE console application starts up.
This will meet the audit requirement that the user at the TKE has seen the message and agreed to it.
We do not want to have this message appear for the actual smart card logins, just when the TKE console application is started or possible after a 24 hour timeout.
It should also appear for every privileged mode user login.

You said that "The HMCs have a banner that can be customized". Can you confirm you are talking about the HMC's "welcome text" feature (defined by the Create Welcome Text task)? If not, I need to know which feature you mean. Thanks.
