Request ZHMC to provide API for syslog server management

Currently, syslog server can be configured in ZHMC via GUI, but it can't be configured via API, which doesn't meet the requirement of interoperation.

The purpose of configuring syslog server is to aggregate ZHMC logs to logging platform, which usually is a hierarchy system. The logs will be forwarded to central log server via middle-tier syslog server whose IP could change dynamically in cloud world. To adapt to the Syslog server's IP change, the syslog server must be configured dynamically.


Without API, syslog server can't be configured remotely and dynamically.


Lots of HW devices such as SAN Switch, Spectrum already provide APIs for syslog server create/delete/list. ZHMC should support it and improve the interoperability.


Hope this requirement can be evaluated and implemented as a new feature earlier. If so the new feature will be very helpful for our component's stability and easy-maintenance. Thank you!
