The HMC/SE are notified when an operating system running in an LPAR enters a disabled wait state. The shutting down of the SYSPLEX must be causing your operating system to end in this way. This is normal operation. To prevent this from happening the operating system needs to end in a graceful manner when the SYSPLEX is being shut down.
