.The TKE allows you to do a SET IMMEDIATE for any master key. This does not do any re-echipher of the KDS, and is not for all situations.
From the TKE you can launch the ICSF Coordinated Master Key Change feature, but this requires you to sign onto the HOST.
There is another RFE that is asking that you be able to use the TKE to manage crypto cards with power to the CEC, but no LPARS defined yet. This is under consideration.
