Need to remove 16Mb limitation for REXX variable.

We need to manage data by rds tables in System Automation for z/OS. In particular We need to read and processes by batch jobs, the data stored in the rds tables that are into system automation.
But there is a limit around 16Mb. This number, 16Mb, is obtained multiplying the number of the rows for the length of every row, for example 517 rows for length 32000, or any other possible value of the two operand which leads to around 16Mb.

In PMR 01427,840,758 they explained us this is caused by the fact that any REXX variable is limited to 16MB. This limit applies to the size of a variable.

We would like this 16Mb limitation to be removed.
In his CLIST customer uses a workaround, but this impacts performances: both times and consumptions increase.
