DFSMS dss copy process not using Dynamic Volume Count in dataclass

Product: DFSMS dss(ADRDSSU)
Description: When customer using copy rename job without specify VOLCOUNT parameter, ADRDSSU use the source dataset volume count to determine target dataset volume count during the allocation

CCB wants adrdssu to use the volume count as well as dynamic volume count from Data Class to allocation the target dataset, so that it will not have space not enough problem
