UNIX file listings require extra work when viewing the list because of case sensitivity

In TSO, the ISHELL utility displays the list of files / sub-directories in aAbBcCdD... order. It makes it real easy to see if a name exists regardless of it being upper/lower case. The ISPF panels do not do that by default and I can find no way to alter the behavior.

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
Brand - Servers and Systems Software
Product family - z Systems Software
    Product - z/OS
    Component - ISPF

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
Brand - Servers and Systems Software
Product family - z Systems Software
    Product - ISPF
    Component - ISPF

This is a necessary requirement to move from ISHELL to 3.17. ISHELL by default provides a "caseless" sort for the filename. You can ask for a mixed case sort in ISHELL, and then it will look like 3.17. This requirement should have a reasonably high priority.
