Report on 1M vs 4K paging

Please consider separating reporting for 4K vs. 1M page frames. Today, the paging rates are expressed as 4K page equivalents, so when a 1M page comes in, that counts as 256. This distinction probably makes relatively little difference on the overall system statistics (because the total amount of memory paged in or out is represented), but from an individual address space perspective (e.g. RMF III STORF report) it may be helpful to know if the address space is paging from it's 4K pages or 1M pages.
