Problem Description: In a recent survey native memory leaks were identified as one of the most serious drawbacks to running WAS on z/OS by zBLC customers. The inability to quickly determine the cause of a native leak often results in many exchanges with IBM support center and lost time. Since UBS suffered from a number of production outages due to servers running out of native storage we can attest to this in our shop.
