USS suppresses display of ICH408I RACF message in JESLOG of CICS Transaction Gateway

As per USS L2 in 78026,7TD,000:

When BPXMRPWD goes through GetManagedAcee, it turns on an
initacee attribute to request message suppression:

IntA_Msg_Supp On Suppress messages produced while
creating security context

This is working as designed from a USS point of view.

Our __passwd() and pthread_security() calls are designed to suppress the ICH message. This was done to prevent servers from flooding the logs. Please have UBS open a Requirement if they would like to see a future enhancement to this design.
