CommServer-z/OS 1.13 - cssmtp - Log Output during startup

We started the CSSMTP with a defined LOGLEVEL Value of "7" (default) and we have seen 491 Lines written to Logfile during startup and additionally another 743 Lines while shutdown.
Everything is fine !

In case we set LOGLEVEL to "0" we see 467 Lines written into the Logfile during startup and another 744 Lines while shutdown which might be too much …

The IBM Documentation says:

Guideline:
To log a combination of log levels, add the log level numbers and
specify the resulting value.
During the initialization phase of the application
the log level is set to 127 to capture any initialization problems.
When initialization is complete, then the log level value is set to what
is coded on this statement. The default log level is 7, which captures
all error, warning, and event messages after the initialization is complete.
