NFSv4 OPEN readforsize for READ request

The process on the NFS client stops the READ of the data because it takes too long.
The reason for the long duration is the 'read for size' for the large MVS data set(20GB) during the v4OPEN compound although fastfilesize is defined.
.
The 'read for size' is not appropriate for READ using NFSv4 to honor the fastfilesize zNFS server attribute.
Therefore, remove the 'read for size' when the v4OPEN compound is for READ not necessary to get the accurate files size

This item is unlikely to be given high enough priority to be placed into the product plan. If this requirement is high value, please re-open it, or open a new requirement.

We experiment with NFSv4 (that does not do read-for-size for GETATTR) and the copy command
    ( ie., client> cp /mnt2zNFSS/"dataset" local_file )
but the resulting local_file has the approximate filesize rather than the true filesize.
This would be considered as data corruption.
