Storage of TSO ACCOUNT command execution log

We want to implement the function that outputs a result of the execution of the ACCOUNT command in the system log, such as SMF. As an item to be output to the system log, there is a need to contain the date and time of execution, execution user, execution command.

Customers have made the following operation.
*User ID is managed by RACF. However, log on to the system is controlled using the "UADS".
*In accordance with customer requirements, the logon to the system in Sysplex environment is also controlled using the "UADS" .
*In a Sysplex environment, each system is using RACF in shared.
*Create and delete user ID is performed in a batch job （PGM=IKJEFT01）.

However, there is a need to always stored manually execution log of ACCOUNT command, because the execution result is not stored in the system log.
If the above function is implemented, there is no need to store the execution log manually. Also, no possibility that the storage of the execution log leaks.
