Support extra wide output from "ps"

As we start to set up a Java environment on z/OS, we are finding that some of the tools that we have on Linux (RHEL in our case) are not available on z/OS.

Please support extra wide output in the ps command, similar to how Linux gives the -w option for wider output and -ww for unlimited width on the output, which is very important for programs with many arguments.

We should not have to use the workaround of programs like pschart to get at this information.

The -w options support has been delivered in APAR OA61698
Please check the information of the APAR OA61698: PS COMMAND TRUNCATES OUTPUT AFTER 79 CHARACTERS
