RELATED IDEAS

Capability for customizing the ISPVCALL output dataset location.

Customer want to customize the output volume (UNIT) for the ISPF trace ISPVCALL. The output dataset is 'userid.ISPVCALL.TRACE'.

<present behavior>
module ISPVCALL tries to allocate trace dataset with hardcoded unitnames SYSALLDA and then SYSDA, not the PDF_DEFAULT_UNIT.

<our expectation>
If the module ISPVCALL can retrieve a value specified in 'PDF_DEFAULT_UNIT', it use the value. And if not, it will use a SYSALLDA or SYSDA as usual. For expamle, if the user specify 'WORK' in PDF_DEFAULT_UNIT and it can be loaded by ISPVCALL, the 'userid.ISPVCALL.TRACE' will be allocated in the volume whose EDT is WORK.
