[zOSMF] Visual extension of Resource Monitor

I want to be more convenient the ability to customize the dashboard.
When I did a demonstration of zOSMF resource monitor for customers, we got opinions, such as the following.

1. Fix the maximum value of the graph axis.
For graph axis is not fixed, it does not change the length of the graph bar. I difficult to understand Variation of data values visually.
I want to be able to set the scale maximum value, or change the scale interval.

2. Display the history of the acquired data on one page. (For example, a line graph)
Although it is possible to display back in history, it is difficult to understand the transition.

    Updates to make RMF in z/OSMF functionally equivalent to RMF/PM is a long term goal, but it will be done in stages.
