Provide an additional parameter on the FORCE console command that would bypass the Q10 enqueue

The FORCE command does indeed try to obtain Q10 in order to run the CSCB chain and find the JOBNAME you are trying to FORCE.
The task in CNMPROC that issued the FORCE JOBNAME command and is now WAITing on the Q10 resource from the ENQ issued by the FORCE command processor.
At this point, the only action that could have worked, short of the IPL, would have been to submit a job that would issue a CALLRTM TYPE=MEMTERM customer provide assembler program against the JOBNAME address space.
We are submitting an RFE (Request For Enhancement) that is recommending an additional parm on the FORCE command that would tell FORCE to verify that the JOBNAME being FORCE'd does hold Q10, and to bypass getting Q10 and simply CALLRTM MEMTERM that ASID.

Please clarify what the CNMPROC task is (purpose and owner). If I understand correctly, this task was holding Q10 when it issued FORCE JOBNAME, that also needs Q10. If this is accurate, why can't the task holding Q10 release Q10 before issuing the FORCE?
