DFHSM ARC0100I Message Automation Intercept - Disaster Recovery Solution

ARC0100I Message which is issued for the Hold/Release function of DFHSM Only get issued when Modify command is issued either from SDSF/CONSOLE and get logged to the SYSLOG however if same command is issued from TSO/ISPF(Option=6) ARC0100I is not logged in to SYSLOG and only TSO User get notified with this functionality customers do not have capabilities to Fetch this via AUTOMATION to carry functions which are deemed necessary to notify User/system administrator to CONFIRM if he like to perform this function via WTOR .This will provide customers another line of defense in terms of confirming if HOLD/RELEASE is indeed correct action being taken...
Example is during the DR(Disaster recovery) test where we like to ensure if we like to RELEASE Certain functions.
